Scholarships applicants wanted
The
Society will once again administer the George & Rachel Shaw
Scholarships (two awards each for $1000) that is funded annually by
Silvia & Ralph Marble in honor of Sylvia's parents. The winners
will be selected anonymously from by the Scholarship Committee.
To be eligible a student (1) must be a resident of Peabody; (2) must be
currently enrolled in their sophomore year in college or beyond, and
(3) must be a full-time college student carrying at least twelve
credits per semester. The deadline for the return of applications
is April 15, 2006. Applications are available by mail, by
stopping by the office or downloading the PDF file.
